    Yes Please ,i would love for you to help me,i have had some more news ,the brother of john Dunford born 1812 ,had a brother William Dunford born 1818 he married Ellen Carroll,,and they had a son john Dunford born 1841.he married another Ellen maiden name not known.who had a daughter Margaret Dunford.1891,she married Robert Kelly 1891,who was a sail maker in Liverpool,the Kelly were saimaker for generations i believe,just a little more to add to my family tree

    Hi Romany, Thanks for your message, im sorry only just read it, been working, i do shifts so i only get to look at this wonderful site on me days off, anyways i have been searching for pedlars/hawker licences with the info that your gave me & of course good old google! as im searching for the 1800's it looks like i may have to go to the Hertfordshire or Watford Archives to see if they did have a Licence? so that will have to be a trip in the future as i live quite away! Thanks for your help Romany x
