    Sorry i forgot to mention that a paper was written in the early 1860 by a english Quaker, named Joseph Seebohm about how the disputed name change, made the descendants of Henry Rogers unable to get the Birmingham estate?? Does anyone know who this Seebohm might of been? Thank you again :)
