with thanks, i have this but i really need 1911 census, thanks for your time.

1911 census for john cooper , he would be 33 yrs old , wife elizabeth mary ann. he was born in hartshill warks . but he had a daughter dorothy in 1927 birmingham south warks. any help appreciated.

thanks again! it seems john was not in the church to me i think my friend may have got it wrong the census seems right as his mother was alice and he named his daughter alice too. x

julie i have found alice's parents as john francis slater and dorothy d moore as mother -alice was born 1917 monmouthshire.her parents wed in 1915 cardiff. john was born 1890 cardiff however i cannot get him in 1911 as yet so i don't know his profession. thank you.

thanks julie, yes- that is his death - i am doing this for a elderly friend and she is adamant he wed a parsons daughter and lived in cardiff as he was managing director of allied bakeries there but this does look promising as i too cannot find any other, thanks again x

hannah dutton born 1776 cheshire - cannot find death? she died sometime after 1841 and i think before 1851 as she is not on the census with her son then. she was on the 1841 census widowed living with her son william dutton (1818) .

not from anc/y think got off scot peop, but i have just got a death for her in 1877 so it could be it.

lost mary after 1871 when she resided in beach st stornoway with her father donald (mother deceased) --in 1881 census not with father or 1891. i cannot find a marriage either? can anyone help? with thanks x

hi pejay! no- wrong family , mother ann died in the 1860,s father donald remarried a chirsty and i have their census in 1881 murdo not on it - his sister peggy was in service in 1881 and his brother was in stornoway with his family no murdo on it and i cannot find his other sis mary, so you see...
