    Hi all I have a birth certificate indicating the father's occupation as Norththumberland Militia, Shambles Barracks Leeds in 1801. I have had no luck finding info either on the militia or the barracks. The Norhtthumberland Fusiliers museum couldn't assist and the National Archives were vague and...
