1841 and 1851 census look up please

I am looking for information on my ggg grandfather Edward Helme who I think was born in Lancashire but I have no knowledge of the town. His wife's name may be Ellen or Hannah. On the 1841 census he would show as having a son Thomas Helme born 1831. When Thomas married in 1851 Edward's occupation was shown as 'silk dresser' on the marriage certificate. On later census returns Thomas said he was born in Lancaster but I am not sure that is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried that site and come up with a possible match. Edward Helme m Ellen Bullcock 31 December 1821 at St Johns, Preston. However to be sure that this is the right person I need a census look up for 1841 to see if they have a son, Thomas Helme born 1831.

Any help appreciated.
