Definitely Cheshire but the other is an overwrite.
Are you sure the name is Osencroft as nothing comes up on a search for birth death etc.

Definitely Cheshire and the place looks like Oughton but that does not appear to exist. However the Gr in the column next to Oughton, which I thought was the column for Blind, Deaf Lunatic etc has been included in the place name on fs so it reads Oughton Gr.

Could it be a mis spelling of Great Boughton?

The name depends on which site you use. Looks like Osencroft.

It does look like Oughton Gr.

Can't find anything else for George - no birth, marriage or death and nothing in any other Census. However I have found daughter Eliza's marriage
