if this is Elizabeth's death, she was probably underage at date of marriage and so needed fathers permission

my first post which was deleted suggested ann McCoy and henry or Thomas rourke not baker. as names look similar
it also suggested looking at early directories. and that the bride was either b nsw or a migrant. and where to find those records yourself. I have no wish to do your history. if you look at nsw bdm index you might find the brides birth under Elizabeth rourke and her fathers name henry which might confirm the witness as henry rourke or rorke not baker. I will not correspound again.
