Would be grateful if someone could check 1851/61 census for ANNIE/ANNA DIGGINS(may be spelt DIGGENS), she was born @1847 in Kirby Essex (have found her married to WILLIAM BLUNDEN on 1871 onwards and the census states she was born Essex.

Many thanks for that, I am convinced that you are right with your info given the different spellings I have had for this family. I have been checking births for the Deacon family and can't find any under that name, have found some corresponding names under Diggins/Diggens. Can you find James Deacons on the 8141 census please

I'm having real trouble, finding him in 1841.

All I can suggest, is getting his marriage cert for the fathers name to narrow the search down.

I think this is the correct marriage reg. details.
