I can't make out the last word at all but in the 1861 Census she is down as the wife of a Boatswain in the Royal Navy, so I would presume that now he has died she is in receipt of some sort of Navy pension. In fact could the word be Navy?

Thanks Emeltee.

I can't find an 'N' on the page to compare. "Navy" is the best guess then.
