I read it as John and Jane Hay maiden Rockford

James and Sarah Marsh maiden Marks

and the witness as W Gooding.

I realise that the J in Jane doesn't look like the J in John so possibly it could be A as in Anne although I'me sure the name ends ..ane

Thanks Emeltee.

Marriages Mar 1857 Yeovil 5c 801
NEWIS Charles & MARSH Sarah Ann

Charles NEWIS & Sarah Ann MARSH
28 Dec 1856 South Petherton, Somerset

I have no death yet for Charles. His death should be before 14 Apr 1883.

Death 10532/1890 HAY SARAH A - RICHARD - SARAH - PARRAMATTA * 27 Jul 1890

Mother as Sarah fits but Richard is an error if the marriage is correct with father as James.

I have nothing else yet on William Hay. No death, arrival, census or birth/baptism.
