28 April 1888 St Philip's Church Auburn
... according to the Rites of the Church of England
Evan Harris Bachelor 21 South Wales Labourer Auburn John Harris Labourer
Catherine Sands Spinster 18 Sydney Domestic Auburn
The consent of James Sands ...
By me W. Holston ?
Parties signed:
Witnesses: Joseph Cook, Jane Sands

Looking in Trove for that church the marriages were mainly performed by F C Williams and E A Colvin.

The minister's name appears twice on the image. If I zoom in then is becomes even harder to read as it gets out of focus.

Thanks,

Dave

Looking in Trove for marriages at St Philip's Church Auburn around 1888 only two minister are listed.

It says Sydney diocese so he was in some Sydney parish at some time.

Looking at the original it shows no sign of a 'cross' on a first 't' and first letter might even be R = Rolston.

Nothing in NSW when I google 'Rev William Rolston'
