Could be William J M Clark or William I M Clark.

As for the witnesses, the M Dainer one, the first name looks as though it ends 'ar' and the letter in front of the 'ar' could be m or nn and the first letter could be J.

I will work on combinations tomorrow and try to confirm some of those.

Louisa was born Dainer. Her mother married William Clark some years later. William has extra initials in the above marriage.
