His Excellency the Governor-General acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council has been pleased to approve of Cecil Henry Haviland being appointed Assistant Victuating Store Officer at H.M.Australian Naval Establishments, Sydney, as from 1st July 1913 with consolidated salary of 400 hundred pounds per annum. ED Millen Minister of State for Defence.
Still with them and gets a pay rise Aug 1918. and in 1921 another pay rise..
