I don't know what happened. The system does odd things at random. Also any mod can delete posts but there would be no reason to delete that one because of content.

Oooooooooh! That is strange..

May be worth putting it to Admin re. tagging deleted posts, at least it would narrow down the source, i.e. Mod or system!
