So Ann/Amy is there in 1913 although Ellen didn't die until 23 Aug 1918 and Joseph remarried on 3 Sep.

Probably this birth with mother also as Amy.

There seems to be no birth reg for Elsie - born about 25 years before Ellen died. But Amy is the mother.

I would say Ellen moved out to live with a married daughter around 1890. Not with Joseph in 1913 and not the mother of Elsie. Ellen died at her daughter's residence.
