1930 & 1933 NSW Electoral Roll - Reid - Homebush
PETERSON Maria, 35 Liverpool road, Strathfield, home duties
There are possibles in Mosman and Port Kembla.. Not seeing Reid [or Homebush] as Districts in 1913, what would it come under then?

Thanks Geoff.

Don't think that would fit on other side of harbour.

... children, of whom five are living. They are: Mr. J. P. Peterson (Brisbane), Mrs. J. Harding (South Strathfield), ...

Possibly with married daughter Mrs Harding.

I can't find the Harding - Peterson marriage in NSW or Qld. ?? Possibly Helena.

... Helena (Mrs. Harding), James, Maria (Mrs. Upton), Elsa (Mrs. Moulday) and George, aged 94 years.

Thanks Geoff.

Total 13 children and I'm tracing only two.

I think it might be sub-district Enfield and Helena Ladner. Madeline-street, Enfield.

It's possible Maria moved after 1913 when daughter Helena remarried in 1930.

Thanks Geoff.

Thomas was at that address in 1911.

No Maria.

We are stuck.

Enfield is quite large so it must be split between Divisions.

Later worked as a mining engineer. A bit odd.
He looks to have been in Sydney in 1894.. Looks like a patent application for an 'improved combined amalgamator and concentrator'.

New South Wales, Australia, Government Gazettes, 1853-1899:
Seren Peterson
Event Date: 8 Jan 1895
Event Place: Sydney, N S W
Page Number: 235
