Depends on the 'made up to date' for 1913 roll. Could be closed in Oct 1912 and he would miss out or it could be made up to Sep 1913 and he should be on it.

He was born in Kempsey on north coast but parents are here

Caroline Rachel Hanbury b 3 Sept 1862 Eastbourne Sussex to Robert Culling Hanbury Esq. MP (1823-1867) and Caroline Smith (1827-1863) – married Matthews George Farrar 26 Jan 1884 Kensington.



They are in NZ in 1896 and back in UK for 1911 census at Stratfield Mortimer Berkshire.

Matthew died 27 Jan 1928 Oxford, and Caroline 3 Sept 1949 Stroud Gloucestershire.
