MR. GEORGE WATMAN, Crookwell.
Mr. George Watman died at his residence at Crookwell on Saturday, December 18, at the age of 85 years. He had lived at Crookwell for over 60 years.
Although carpenter by trade he had for 17 years driven the mail coach between Crookwell and Goulburn.
He was a widower and had been twice married. He is survived by one daughter, Miss Ella Watman.

Goulburn Evening Penny Post (NSW : 1881 - 1940) Saturday 24 April 1886
Mrs. George Watman, residing with her husband in Crookwell, and a very old and respected resident, was taken suddenly ill. Dr. Fitzpatrick was immediately called, and did all that was possible to relieve her, but she died within an hour after. Great sympathy is expressed for her husband and relations.

EDIT [and a very old and respected resident] if it's the same Sarah she was only 39. Only one WATMAN death in 1886 which is Sarah.

Obituary.
... Mrs. George Watman also succumbed rather suddenly to a complaint she had been suffering from for some time, and which would naturally result in a sudden termination. Her funeral took place today.

NSW BMD is down so I can't check a few things.

Birth of daughter Elizabeth who married Peterson.

If that's the right death in 1907 then it's an error with father as Richard W.

Marriage has father as Wm.

Don't have Richard's arrival so no age in shipping record to compare.

Dates are ok for James and Anne so 20th for Sarah is rather odd. Newspaper says 24th.

NSW BMD is back up and death is 30th.

Perhaps the headstone is correct.

Re the Tunstead birth it seems rather odd it's not Mitford.

I presume a Sarah can't be found in 1861 who would fit.

I suppose you could only assume why she was b. Tunstead, if it was her. Even the shipping record gives L. Fransham.

There isn't another Sarah with birth Tunstead that I can see
