Hello I am looking for information on Ms. Brenda Thornley, she was a pen pal of my father, who wrote an extensive letter to her (July 1945) on the war in the Netherlands, apparently she had been in the Netherlands before the war. This is a photograph of her that I received long time ago from New Zealand, and here is also a photograph of the back garden in Amsterdam, with a lady that in my opinion looks a bit like her, I would like to know what profession she had... Hello,

Sorry I can't help directly. I have John and wife Elizabeth in my tree but I've not traced any of their children. If birth year of 1898 is correct then it would be the one mentioned in this topic. I have noting more on Brenda who was a school student aged 13 in 1911 census.
