is listed on the New South Wales unassisted passenger list. Can someone please have a look. Arthur was born 1864 Sheffield. I do have his death details. He would have arrived. Between 1891-1901.

Hi Julie,
The A E Ellis age 35 on NSW Unassisted Immigrant list from London to Sydney was a butcher arrived 22 March 1899 on ship “India”

Thanks Bootzy. Could be him. Last sighting is in England is 1881. At the Dunwich Benevolent Asylum is noted he has been in Queensland last 10 months, mostly in NSW, has been travelling about sharpening scissors.
