Thanks Emeltee.

Handy having the grandfather's name in the death notice.

Arrived South Australia 1854 then some of the family moved to NSW.

Eliza is listed as Jane's only sister so twin sisters born 1855 both died sometime before 1892.

There is a tree that suggests this..

AMI:
Daniel August Rohring
Father: Daniel Rohrig
Spouse: Eliza Marshall
Spouse's Father: William Marshall
Marriage Date: 15 Oct 1858
Marriage Place: Adelaide
Page: 1. Vol: 36

It looks as though she remarried 1870 to a Charles Bogle, possibly Jamaica

Thanks Val.

A copy of Hansard in on-line as a .pdf and it lists the newly elected members of the NSW parliament.

NSW Legislative Assembly
Tuesday 13 August 1895
...
Barnes, John Frederick - Gundagai

1903 NSW Electoral Roll - COOTAMUNDRA - COOTAMUNDRA [NSW not Federal]
BARNES John Frederick, Shaftsbury, M.L.A.

... late of Adelaide.
In this case it does not mean he had died but that he was no longer living in Adelaide.

Getting a bit too far out on a limb for that one Val.

I was wondering if death of Samuel might list parents.

3x deaths in SA.

1876 72/284 MARSHALL Samuel undefined Daly
1877 82/153 MARSHALL Samuel Denton undefined Adelaide
1879 93/442 MARSHALL Samuel undefined Adelaide

Thanks Val.

Two seem too old and the other too young. So dunno.

Seems we won't get parents anyway.

I can't see a baptism for William and Samuel in WRY with same parents.

Several arrivals in SA for a Samuel.
