I have written a book on a famous thief from Norway in the 1880s, called Ingvald Enersen. He was born in 1859, and also a salior and sailed a lot in england and usa. It was in 1920s said that he lived in England and had family in children there. He used other names so people not should now who he was. He had family in Hull but liked Liverpool and stayed there a lot.
