INQUESTS

- On the same day, at the Mason's Arms, Temple-street, on the body
of a man, apparently about 58 years of age, who died suddenly
that morning in that house. Verdict "natural causes." The
name of the deceased was unknown at the time the inquest was
held, but the corpse was afterwards identified as being that of
Aaron Peacock, of no residence, who had lately been working at
Fishponds, Gloucestershire.

Thanks Rupert.

If that is Aaron born 1808 who married Ann Bateman, and a widower in 1861 but no death yet found for Ann, then this is curious

... Spouse's residence Stapleton, Holy Trinity, Gloucestershire ...
... of Aaron Peacock, of no residence, ...

Yes, I've moved it to probable. I still wonder if widower is correct in 1861. It may clearly be widower on the image (I've not see it yet) but had Ann died and were they living apart?

Fishponds 3 miles NE of Bristol.
