can anyone help find info about john thickett or thicket abt 1797-1800;in the troway area derbyshire.the reason iam asking for help i found a folder in an old case of my mums .her maiden name was thickett ,so i am presuming that this my g g g g grandad their was,nt any other info there i can,t ask anyone else. everyone has gone to the big forum in the sky sadly.seriously if anyone can help i would be very grateful.regards john

i posted a message earlier about my g,g,g,g,grandfather john thickett,born troway.derbyshire 1800?.i have found out some more info.he married mary marples 1830 no info where.he died 2.9.1874,no mention of children,obviuosly they had children.would it be possible for someone to check for me,i would quiet understand if not possible. regards john

what area did John Thickett die? will try and do some searching for you
