I've ruled this one out - maiden name Thomson:

THOMSON Lucy Death notice 09MAY1948 Death Sydney Morning Herald 12MAY1948


And ruled out a Lucy Thomson - maiden name Bates.

Tuesday 12th funeral for a Joseph.

I think that one is ruled out.

Lucy seems ok now. Alexander is the problem with so many in NSW.

You may have noticed I've jumped to 'M' in my tree. :D
