hi all! i just stumbled across this thread while researching the Alexander MUNRO (1794 - 1859/62).

I am trying to track down more information about Mary EVEREST (1780 - 1837), who was the mother of his wife, Mary Ann Catherine WATERS (1793 - 1862). According to the whosyerdad-e website, it seems like Mary was born in Germany, but it does not provide any additional detail.

Has anyone seen any supporting documents or other evidence of this?

Thanks in advance! :)

no worries Dave, can understand that.

do we know if Alexander William MUNRO (born 1824 Surry, died 1907 in NSW - reg. 5777/1907) is definitely the son of this Alexander MUNRO (born 1793 in Nairn) ??

or is it still unsure?

cheers!

thanks Dave you are legend! based on that evidence, it seems pretty clear they are father and son.

The dates, locations and names all seem to match up 🙂👍
