Went to Australia and married and wife died so he returned to England and married and wife died so he married again and wife died and ... He was not arrested.
Yeah i know its not a passenger list but i think i found a sister for Charles Bays the hatter :confused: Guess you not after that or you would have asked :2fun::2fun:

On the 5th instance .. aged 46 Sarah, daughter of the late Mr James Bays, and sister of Mr Charles Bays, hatter, of Kings Parade in this town.

I knew he had an older brother James but didn't know he had a sister:
