,looking for more info. on my grandad,sargent a.h. hurst service no.12641. 78th general hospital.i think he had some conection with a ship with cross or star in its name but can,t find any info on this.he died in egypt at the end of WW1 from the flu burried indeir elbelah war cemetry egypt. can anyone help fill gaps please.
