Ancestors who died just after a census?

In my family tree I have had a few cases where an ancestor has died just after a census.

My 5xgreat grandmother Mary Newman is on the 1851 census aged 63 in Little Wakering, Essex. She is living with her married son. Mary died on the 1st July 1851 just 3 months later of Paralysis 4 months, certified. This means that she must have been ill at the time of the census. Her mother was still alive aged 82 who died the following February.

Eliza Clift died in May 1861 of Phthisis just after the 1861 census.

Another ancestor Edward Childs died on the 24th April 1851 at the Union House Dunmow, Essex of anasarca (shortage of blood to vital organs)

We have to be thankful that they hung on to see in the 1851 census but it is sad an also intriguing to know they were poorly at the time of the census.
