Hello,

I was wondering if a different source for this census listing might have a different transcription for the name (CLYMONT) of the three lodgers:

1851 Scotland census
13 Bridge St., Paisley Low, Renfrew
Samuel Angel; age 23; abt 1828; born at Paisley, Renfrew; starcher
Janet Angel; age 22; born at Paisley, Renfrew; weaver warp winder
Anne Angel; age 3; born at Paisley, Renfrew
Samuel Angel; age 8 months; born at Paisley, Renfrew

Mary Clymont; lodger; age 28; born at Paisley, Renfrew; weaver warp winder
Thomas Clymont; age 6; born at Paisley, Renfrew
John Clymont; age 4; born at Paisley, Renfrew

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave
I have searche Scotlandspeople for 1851 and found them all as you listed
but there is no image available to view as is usual. Mary is listed as CLYMONT.
It is out of my hands I'm afraid to say. I have never not been able to view the original.

Maddie
