Probably Randwick General Cemetery.

The Sydney Morning Herald - Wednesday 9 December 1931 p.16
MR. R. H. PALMER.
Mr. Reginald Heber Palmer, of Messrs. Palmer and Son, auctioneers, of Randwick and Botany, died at his residence, Waddon, Botany-road, Botany, after a short illness following an accident.
Mr. Palmer, who was aged 79 years, was one of the oldest auctioneers in the State, having held a licence for over half a century. He and his son were municipal valuers.
Born at Olepen, West Maitland, he was the eldest son of the late Rodber Wylde Palmer, B.A., a teacher at The King's School, Parramatta, under the late Rev. Dr. Forrest.
Mr. Palmer was a Freemason for more than 50 years; he was also a member of the Royal Historical Society. Mrs. Palmer, two sons, four daughters, and two step-daughters survive.
The remains were interred at Randwick General Cemetery, the Rev. Canon Cakebread officiating at the graveside.
