I've only ever seen one sibling for Charles b. 1823 Sussex, that is a George b. abt. 1830..
No. 302 George James son of Charles Furner, of Duddleswell in the Parish of Maresfield, Bricklayer, and of his wife Mary, daughter of James and Mary Waters, was born on 19 Dec 1830 and baptised on 9 Feb 1837.

No. 303 Sarah Jane daughter of Charles Furner, of Duddleswell in the Parish of Maresfield, Bricklayer, and of his wife Mary, daughter of James and Mary Waters, was born on 6 Feb 1836 and baptised on 9 Feb 1837.

I am missing some of the other baptisms. Yes, Charles 1823/24 I don't have.

Sarah Jane was the 8th. The two born between her and George died young hence 6 children arrived in NSW.

Age fits for George:

FURNER GEORGE JOSEPH M 12/03/1902 71:00 NORTH BERRY JERRY 35 0 : 2793

Got his middle name wrong.

Age fits for Sarah:

Yes, the youngest to arrive. One son William born in 1840 in NSW.

Yes RG4/2967 I have the page 40 and page 41 with 4 on each. By Jno. Stevens.

But that is very misleading listing only Lewes:

RG4 ... from:
Register of Births and Baptisms of the Lewes Circuit at the Wesleyan Chapel at St Mary's Lane in the Parish of Lewes St John, Sussex from 1824 to 1837. The Lewes Circuit includes Ashurst, Lewes, Cowden, Groombridge, Hever, Penshurst, Speldhurst, Arlington, Barcombe, Brighton, Buxted, Dallington, Eastbourne, Fletching, Framfield, Hartfield, Heathfield, Hellingly, Horsted Keynes, Isfield, Laughton, Maresfield, Mayfield, Pevensey, Plumpton, Ringmer, Rotherfield, South Malling, Southover, Uckfield, Waldron, Westham and Withyham

Yes, Eliza clearly reads as Turner and the others as Furner.

Baptisms for other children not yet found.

Charles born or bap 1 Apr 1824 ??

Alfred bap 6 Oct 1832 ?

Frances abt 1834 ?

It's a common error also in Australia for the name Furner to be written as the more common Turner.

The abode and occupation fit.

Different minister for Eliza - Wm. Lord.

Thanks for looking Geoff.

Yeah, another case with a family on a direct line where not all baptisms can be found.

Eliza is the only one where it looks like a 'T' the other three all show an 'F' for sure on the images I have.
