Found this report i evening times, I know he is one of mine but not sure where he fits in. I photo copied this story a few years ago but am missing the date

Renton Man Missing
Mrs James Connolly of 139 back street Renton has been officially informed that her brother Pt Thomas Kane (7349), of D company of 4th H.L.I has been posted as missing by the war office since 1st Jan last, Pt Kane who will be 21 next month was employed as a rivet-beater in McMillans shipyard, Dumbarton. He was a reservist and resided in Dumbarton.
The last letter recieved from him arrived 8 weeks prior to the date which he was posted missing by the war office.
