FRASER.--April 20, a very old resident of Manly Beach, David Fife Fraser, stonemason, native of Perthshire, Scotland, after a long and painful illness of cancer of the face, leaving an affecttionate wife and seven children, and a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. His end was peace.
