Then Joseph as father on the death reg in post #1 is an error.

Jemima's death date agrees with that tree.

I think that site has more accurate details than the Monaro site.

Marriage was 1838 so arrival before that for both of them born Wiltshire ??

Also trying to check the two baptisms.

That is odd for several reasons. A shoemaker ???

Are there 2x William Cowper ? Or is William M the son of William Cowper ??

He was employed on the Estate of the Australian Agricultural Company and they had sheep and cattle. In 1840 he was a farmer.

I don't think you learn the trade of shoemaker in that situation.
