Ballinger - Gloucestershire

I am seeking information regarding James Ballinger, and his wife, name unknown. James was the Father of Thomas, who was born in 1827 in Coombe Hill, was Christened in Uckington, Hardwicke in 1828 and married Hannah Hopkins in Tewksebury in 1848 before immigrating to Australia in 1857. Hannah was the daughter of William Hopkins and was born in Wooton (?) Gloucester in 1827 and was was Christened in Deerhurst in 1827.

Any information will be extremely helpful, especially if it relates to generations prior to James.

Also any information on any of Thomas's siblings would be helpfull.
