William Barnes and Mary Dodd appear to have had the following children baptised at Highworth, abode given as Eastrop

Richard 1807
William 1811-1811
William 1812
James 1815
John 1817

William Stokes married Mary Kilminster 20 February 1815 in Cricklade, by Licence.

They had the following children baptised in Highworth
Charles 1815
Sarah Ann 1817
Jemima 1819
Thomas 1821
Francis 1823
John 1825

If one of the sons died I cannot find the burial.

The notice in the paper says wife and 4 sons. So the 'wife' is daughter Elizabeth ?

yep,
William's 20 year old only daughter Elizabeth, his eldest child was confused as his wife by one newspaper account as she mothered her four (4) younger brothers.[5]
