BARNETT family

My ancestor Sydney William Barnett & his wife Ann Maria married in Marylebone in 1838 and immigrated, with their 1 year old son William, to New Zealand from Gravesend in Oct 1841. Apparently their address on Application to Immigrate was 22 Margaret Street Limehouse, but they were not there in the 1841 census. Any suggestions on where to look now? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
