A book by Jeremy Paxman on the Victorians is available in the shops now. I saw it today in WH Smith's.

Hi Everyone,
After tonight I don"tknow how I will cope without my Sunday Night Dose of the Victorians & Paxo!
I know Ben said there is a book but at £25 it"s a bit expensive, I will have to wait until there"s a sale on, and anyway I prefer the walking talking version of Paxo.
Well I must go and weep into my little lace hankie and take a dose of Smelling Salts in readiness for the FINAL (BooHoo) Episode

Sorry this series has ended. A great insight into Victorian social history. An absolute masterstroke of combining history, architecture, geography and art in one cool package.
If Jeremy Paxman and co. do not get an award for this painfully short series, there will be anarchy.

If draws you in to all aspects of Victorian life. It will be missed by me.:'(
