This site has census returns from families living in Belfast in 1901 and 1911 they are Searchable by name family name or address.

I don't know how much of the census is available I didn't find my relatives included.:'(

Belfast Family History only covers a part of the city.

The 1912 Ulster Covenant online on the Public Record Office Northern Ireland (PRONI) website and the Belfast and Ulster Directories which are on the Lennon Wylie website are useful if you're searching for Belfast ancestors.
