Benjamin Edward Binge

My wife's grandmother's brother Benjamin Edward Binge emigrated to Australia in 1920.
I would like a death date and place please.
We know that he died in a nursing home around the 1970's but before 1972.
The family lost touch with him and asked the Salvation Army to help and they traced him to a nursing home in which he died. As the wife's grandmother died in 1972 we have lost all the information.
He was known as Ted most of the time, I don't think he liked Benjamin.
