birth lookup please.

looking for any info on were i could find the birth details of my 3x great grandfather Henry Aitkin b abt 1807 possiably Cumberland, the only details i have is he married Rebecca Gammon 1831 Crosscanonby Cumberland their children were all born in Workington and christened at st Michaels Workington, any help on Henry or advise were i might find info would be much appreciated,i have Rebecca,s birth but Henrys
proving quite a challenge, ive looked on BVRI but no matches. kind regards Rosa.

Do you have Henry on any census ? That should give us his place of birth.

So far I have found 3 children on the IGI
Eleanor b 1838
Henry 1846-1847
Rebecca April-Oct 1837
Are there any other children ?

Hi Jane ,Henry is my 3x great grandfather on my dads side,I cant find him either got most certs for the family .the other children were ,
Robert b 10/6 1832. found no details on him
William b 13/12/1834 d 1893 Liverpool,( my 2x great grandfather)
Eleanor b 1838 found no details on her.
Rebecca b 1837 d 11/10/1837. thanks again for your interest and your time.
