Hi,
Newbie here!!
My Mum has a set of BIVRI but is unable to use them, so I've taken them but I am having great difficulty in getting the reader installed to be able to do anything with them!! In simple terms what do I need to do? I get to a point where I'm being told that 'RFVFOL~1.OCX' is missing - what do I need to do - HELP!! tearing my hair out here

As the program is fairly old I think you are chasing a dead duck!

Thank you, I've looked at this thread but because it is from 2009, I can't find the link they are talking about!! Looks like Mum has a whole set of discs she can no longer access! Shame. Thanks all the same
