I think without brickwalls our genealogy would be too easy. Most of the time brickwalls can be demolished. You just have to keep working at it and you should eventually find something.

I struggled to find my ancestor after 1871 but then after a few years he was under my nose all the time. He was in the area in 1891 in the workhouse and his birthplace and age was slightly out to the truth and he died in 1898.
