Hello dave,

Thank you very much.

That is interesting. Age fits for Ann but Ireland. ???

I'll have to check this death when I get more credits.

Death 1872 Ann BLACKLEY Hutchesontown, Lanark 1846 +/- 1

The 1861 and 1871 census has Ann born Paisley abt 1846. She should be with the family in Paisley in 1851 but she is not. Her elder sisters were born in Ireland. So it's possible Ann was born in Ireland and didn't arrive in Scotland until after 1851 census. If Ann was actually born in Paisley abt 1846 then there is no sign of any of the family in Scotland in 1841 and no sign of her father John in Scotland at all. Then where was she in 1851?

I can't find a death for Ann BRODIE.

Regards,

Dave

I purchased some more credits today so I'd better make a more detailed list of priorities. :)
