I can't find a tree that has dob or pob for Mary Ann.

PS I just deleted a folder with 2 GB of family history images. Then decided to recover it from the recycle bin just for fun. :2fun: I got it all back. Didn't matter anyway. I have a copy on another hard disk.

hmmmm... someone's got too much time on their hands testing the recycle bin, not something I'd try without a backup copy either, eek..

There is a tree with a Mary b. about 1829, Sydney (a bit young and wrong parents)..

Volume 127 is one I can't check, Geoff.

Don't know if it means anything that Mary is not listed as a 'free immigrant' as William was.

I can't see a death in NSW for Isabella or siblings for Mary. Makes me think she wasn't born in NSW.


One hard disk is about 5 years old so I was giving it a bit of a test. It's also got the OS on it. I might make a clone of the disk using some software I've never tried before.

There are quite a number of trees (copycats) only an odd one said Sydney, others have nothing

5x Mary convicts but I don't think William married a convict.

I fished for a birth in England with parents that matched the known death reg and an age about the same as William. Only found the one that I started with.
