Hi jood, i tried and it just comes up "permission denied"

I got permission denied too, gibbo - and oznannie - same story when I tried to open this one.

It was for a friend who was sent it by another friend.

What are the usual reasons permission is denied, do you know?

Can the people who sent it to you open it ok?

The girl to whom it was sent lives in Qld, and she can't open it (she asked me to try)

She says A friend has sent me a website to go on to in America, but it won't let me in at all, and neither of us can understand why as I have been following his instructions to the letter. I go in to google and type in ionia.MIGWeb.net but for some reason it refuses to let me in.

Is it because its in America do you think? and if so - why can't we open it because its American (if it is) ??

It might have something to do with it been international, or i could be totally wrong :biggrin:

Just Lee posted some links once and the aussie's couldnt play them yet the english could. Would be interesting to see if anyone from another country can open it. Or the site might be down due to maintenance or something to that affect.

Don't know if it helps, but MIGen stands for Michigan Genealogy, so searching this may give some results

Couldnt open with IE.

Knew it was to do with genealogy. I googled as you suggested, and got in this time, will send what google found and friend can work out which ones she wants.


Very odd though.
