Celia Waugh

Just wondering if anyone on this site has a connection, or knows of a lady called Celia Waugh, she was born in Northumberland @ 1834 to William and Mary (nee Dodds), Found her on 1851 census as a servant to the Benson family, a miller and farmer. I live near to St John's church in Whittle le Woods in Lancashire and have come across her grave in the churchyard. She died in January 1857 aged 23. Her headstone reads " This stone is erected by her fellow servants". Does anyone find this unusual? Does anyone know of this lady as how she came to be buried in Whittle le Woods.
