Can't find an Elizabeth Chambers born Durham 1818 - 1822 in Durham in 1881.

Death for James senior in England? Death in Australia for Eliza/Elizabeth? No sister of Richard and James junior in the 1871 census.

There are a couple of trees that weren't that much help, but there is another now that has the info about Mary E, it points to this arrival...

Looks like her husband was b. France. Also a son, James d. on the voyage..
