changes to genes reunited?

it appears that some changes have been made to the genes reunited website, I can no longer view other peoples trees on there, despite them having given permission. As this is what I have paid my membership fees for I am rather annoyed!
does anyone know if this is a problem with the way I am using the site, or with the site itself, and if the site has changed the way it operates can I claim my money back as I am no longer getting the service I paid for?

Hi Jon,

Just tried it and it appears fine. I have accessed a few of my shared trees.

Check that your membership is up to date. And also check that those that have shared trees, have not blocked access later.
I am not sure, but if their membership has lapsed, that it restricts your access.?

If all else fails contact Genes.

grrr, just found out what happened....
contacted genes with the problem, they said my membership had expired (which it hadn't) and I needed to pay again, so I emailed them a copy of the credit card reciept for my membership renewal, and their acknowledgment email, no response for ages.
finally got a reply yesterday, they had recieved my payment, sent out the email and renewed someone elses membership instead! I am back on genes now but not happy with their standards of service, not gonna renew again, I simply don't trust them with my information now.
